Originally from California, Madilyn moved to Arizona in 2020. Since then, she has built a life here with her boys, Joseph and Jameson, and their father.
“I’m a stay-at-home mom. I drive for Uber Eats when I can, but my car isn’t always reliable,” Madilyn said. Their dad works at an oil-change business and puts in more than 60 hours a week. We’re doing our best, but sometimes it’s just not enough.”
Thanks to your support, St. Mary’s Food Bank is there for Madilyn when she needs it — whether it’s fresh produce, a variety of protein, or a nutritious snack that brings joy to the boys’ faces. “I love it when we receive cooking ingredients for recipes — chicken stock, carrots, potatoes, and things like that. It helps me prepare something homemade for my family.”
“I come to St. Mary’s when we really need it,” she said. “It’s not every week, just when things get tight. You guys are blessings from God, for sure.”
